Dr Haydon grew up in Brisbane, Australia, and completed his medical degree and specialist anaesthetic training in South-East Queensland. During his training, he worked across a number of major hospitals and completed an anaesthetic fellowship at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, with a focus on Education and Burns Anaesthesia.

In 2010, Dr Haydon relocated to the Sunshine Coast to commence private practice. He currently works primarily at Buderim Private Hospital, Selangor Private Hospital, and Noosa Private Hospital.

Dr Haydon has sub-specialty interests in bariatric surgery, chronic pain management, general surgery, endocrine surgery, obstetrics, endoscopy, vascular surgery, and orthopaedics.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys maintaining his fitness and wellbeing, travelling, and spending time with his family.
