Bio:
Dr Andrew Beck BSc MBBS DAChPM FANZCA – is a Specialist Anaesthetist working in public and private practice on the Sunshine Coast since 2014. Dr Beck completed his medical training in 2005 at the University of Queensland, and went on to complete anaesthetic training in Queensland and the United Kingdom. During his training he undertook further study in Advanced Airway Management, Neuroanaesthesia, Peri-operative Medicine, and Simulation. He enjoys a mixed adult and paediatric practice and is a current instructor for National Anaesthetic and Paediatric Courses. Dr Beck presents regularly at anaesthetic conferences and has been an invited speaker at Australian and international meetings. When not working or spending time with family and friends, he enjoys surfing, swimming, diving and all sorts of outdoor adventures.
